Getting support through CRM Pro Partners has never been easier. Our scheduling page allows you to schedule directly on our calendar. If your need is urgent or you just don’t want to wait, give us a call. We have dedicated support personnel standing by.

If you would rather email, that’s fine too. Shoot us an email or use our contact form and we’ll get to you right away. The most important part is that you never sit on technical issues, or try to ride them out. You may think the little annoyances are no big deal, but add them up over time and you’ll start disliking your CRM which can lead to underutilization of one of your company’s most powerful resources.

Remote Support

We’ve been offering support since before screen-sharing and remote sessions were even possible.  Luckily now, we don’t have to walk you through all the technical stuff over the phone. With this support option, we can just connect to your computer directly, fix your issue, and be done. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and you pay for only the time it takes to resolve your issue. We’re on standby! Let us know how we can assist you.

Pay As You Go

Not every company wants a support plan. Not every company needs a support plan.  But every company will eventually need support. Needs change, employees come and go, software gets updated, things break. There are a lot of ways things can go wrong and only a few ways they can go right. That sounds pessimistic but we all know how unpredictable computers can be.

If you’re not looking for a support plan you can still get help from us. Our support is billed at $40 per 15-minute increment. Schedule an appointment on our scheduling page or give us a call for help. We have dedicated support technicians standing by. 

Premium Retainer Plans

CRM Pro Partners offers a Premium Support Plan that covers anything and everything necessary to keep your CRM running perfectly. Offering 5-star support isn’t free, but it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg either. We offer an unlimited Premium Support Plan that’s suited for businesses of all sizes and covers all remote work—from upgrades to how-to questions. The cost is dependent on the number of users and the complexity of your CRM environment. 

For companies that would prefer a non-retainer support option, we also offer support in 15-minute increments where you can pay-as-you-go.
