New to CRM Training Package
A single training session is enough to get things off the ground. But if you really want to soar, you’ll want to choose one of our training packages. Our packages come in three different levels. Much like our courses above, the packages can be hand-tailored to fit your needs.
The courses within each package are spread out over several weeks or even months, depending on the pace that fits your team. Each package comes with a suggested time frame and suggested curriculum.
“New to CRM” Training Package
If you’re implementing a new CRM or if your users have never been trained on your existing CRM then the starter package is for you. This package includes everything you’ll need to get your users up and running. Typically each session is separated by a week. We can adjust the pacing to fit your team.
This 20 hour training package costs:
- $2995 for remote/online training
- $3295 for onsite in the Portland OR area
*onsite training outside of Portland OR is available for an additional fee/travel expense
The New to CRM package includes the following 7 sessions:
Session 1 – Basics 101 (3 hours)
Starting with the basics. We get your users comfortable entering data and using the system.
Session 2 – Basics 102 (2 hours)
Focuses on a refresh of the basics with Q/A time and an intro to Advanced topics.
Session 3 – Adv 101 (3 hours)
Here we cover the topics that allow you to understand your data and use it for success.
Session 4 – Adv 102 (2 hours)
Solidifying what you’ve learned so it becomes second nature in your day-to-day activities.
Session 5 – Marketing (4 hours)
Marketing directly out of your CRM. From start to finish. We’ll send your first campaign in class.
Session 6 – Admin (4 hours)
Admins take it one step further And are taught the basics of administering your CRM.
Session 7 – Final Q/A (2 hours)
Leaving no question unanswered. We get together one final time to make sure we’re all on the same page.

Continuing Education Training Package
Continuing Education Package
Be continuing education package is a great fit for folks who have been using their CRM for a while already. We skim past the simplest of the basics and focus on the tips and tricks that let you use the CRM more efficiently.
This 8 hour training package costs:
- $1295 for remote/online training
- $1395 for onsite in the Portland OR area
*onsite training outside of Portland OR is available for an additional fee/travel expense
The Continuing Education Package includes the following 3 sessions:
Session 1 – Basics 102 (3 hours)
Focused on refresh of the basics with tips and tricks for getting more out of the day-to-day functions.
Session 2 – Adv 102 (3 hours)
Dive into and refresh your memory on the advanced functions of your CRM.
Session 3 – Final Q/A (2 hours)
Answer all those remaining little questions that have pestering your users.
